YourDay is the thrilling new venture at Alton Towers, offering guests a personalised DVD souvenir of their day out at Alton Towers.
We launched last August and are expecting a busy and exciting 2008, so we are looking for great people to work with us this season.
Team member
As a YourDay team member your focus will be on delivering great customer service. In the morning the focus will be on explaining to guests how the system works and how to wear their wristband and, towards the end of the day, assisting guests in the YourDay shop as they purchase their DVDs.
You will need excellent people skills, be a great communicator, have an outgoing engaging personality and be passionate about achieving targets.
Team leader
Team Leaders will be target driven individuals who will manage, enthuse and inspire team members to ensure Alton Towers’ guests can capture their experience and memories for ever.
You will need to have excellent people skills, be a great communicator and have an outgoing engaging personality.
